• How do I see reports?
  • Simply login and select a campaign (contact us for a demo account login)
• Do the reports have phone numbers?
  • Yes reports include phone numbers, time stamp, carrier and any text messages to or from the user.
• Can I add bulk phone numbers from my database?
  • No we do not allow input of bulk numbers, we only use numbers that have actually opted into our system.
• Can I resell the LogiText services?
  • Yes, we do not offer a reseller program, but our system is designed with multi-level logins for resellers to manage clients.
• How does the multi-level login work?
  • Master accounts are Admins of their accounts, user accounts are for clients to view reports only.
• What is included in your API?
  • The API is designed for your clients to login on your website and view reports, and for you to validate coupons on your server.
• Will you add your API to my website for me?
  • Yes we can integrate the API for you , however normal programming charges apply.
• Do you use or sell the data / phone numbers my campaign generates?
  • No we do not, data your campaign generates belongs to you, and we do not sell or use the data
• Can I download the data and keep it?
  • Yes, each report has an "excel" button which allows you to download a report to Excel for your own use.
• How do I clear the records from my report?
  • Records are not cleared until a campaign is completed and must be cleared by us.
• What is the Blast form?
  • The blast form is for master users to blast a message to phones that have opted in under a previous campaign.
• How do I cancel service?
  • Simply send us an email from the email account you used to setup your account.
• Do you have reseller pricing?
  • No, our pricing is clearly posted on the website and we do not offer discounts.
• Can I send pictures or other media with Logitext campaigns?
  • No, Text messaging is exactly that, Text and text only, if you want to send media you should consider our OptMail system
• I tried one of your demos and but received a stock quote or some other weird thing ?
  • This can happen if you mispel the keyword, we have many clients and they may have the mispelled keyword assigned to some other campaign.
• Does your system work in other countries?
  • Sorry, currently LogiText operates only in the USA.
• Do you have a brochure?
  • Yes, please complete the contact form and we will be happy to send you one.
• I don't have paypal, do you offer alternative payment methods?
  • We use paypal to process credit cards and accept paypal payments, we do not accept other payment methods
